Called Matt on the off chance as saw his advert didn't cover my area, but he agreed to visit when next in the area which was in a couple of days. He saw what the problem was, fixed it and gave me advice for future. Would definitely use him again, an all round good guy

Friday late afternoon my alarm started going off non stop inside and out after a very short power cut. Could not turn it off. Called Matt after getting no off of net mums it was in the evening and he came out straight away knew exactly what he was doing, checked all sensors etc and my alarm was fixed. I would 100 % recommend Matt and would not hesitate to call him again for any alarm problems or upgrades etc.

Alarm constantly beeping in hall and needed it to be disconnected from the mains. Phoned Matt Thursday morning and he said he would call that evening. Arrived at about 6pm, looked at the mains box in garage, disconnected power and job done. Firstly I was delighted he was able to call at short notice and fix my problem but also it was a delight to meet somebody who is good at what they do and does not try and rip you off when the job is done. A great big thank you to Matt and would thoroughly recommend him.

We found my security via google, and whilst not used before Matt and his team were quick in responding to an urgent call out to solve our old system issue. Excellent courteous service from Matt who not fixed it with his call out time but also helped reset passwords, would highly recommend.

Matt assisted with a not urgent but very urgent for sanity request and the benefit of using a local company meant he was on site almost immediately. Highly recommend for their expertise, service and care. Matt decommissioned an existing alarm system that I had not used since moving into the house but decided to beep and then go off in the early hours of morning, scaring my kids especially. Matt came to fix a fault with my Mum's house alarm, and I can't recommend this company enough. It would have been easy for a company to come in and try to up-sell my elderly mum a new alarm system or take advantage, but Matt found and fixed the fault quickly, and also gave her some helpful tips on how to use the alarm properly (which we had been doing wrong for the last 18 years!) I was hesitant about getting a company in to look at the alarm, but I needn't have worried - I would 100% recommend this company, especially for those who are elderly or vulnerable. They are a family run business, and are both trustworthy and reliable. Thank you!

Our experience with MyAlarm Security was entirely positive. I would highly recommend MyAlarm Security services. I needed to get my alarm serviced. I found MyAlarm Security’s details on the website as one of the local company around Bexley. I had also come across a recommendation on Nextdoor app for the same company. Therefore, I gave Matt a call and explained the service that I needed. He understood my requirements and provided clear communication. We agreed on the price for servicing my house alarm which was reasonable and competitive amongst the other providers. Matt came around the same day and did the job to my satisfaction. He is knowledgeable in his area of expertise and knows what he is doing. He did a walk through of the alarm system which was helpful. Overall, Matt is professional, friendly and does a good quality job. Hence, I am happy to recommend his services based on my experience.

Very happy with our new alarm installation today. Matt gave a helpful explanation of the options, installation was very neat and accommodating to our needs. Choosing the system I needed was straightforward as the website was set out so clearly and concisely, including the cost. As I was self-isolating, the survey was carried out via facetime, which was perfect. On the day of fitting, Matt arrived exactly at the time he said he would and was very organised. Once the alarm was fitted, he was so patient too as he helped me set up the app on my phone and made absolutely sure that I was confident in arming/disarming the system. I cannot fault the service I received.

We spent a lot of time researching a new burglar alarm system and are very pleased we chose MyAlarm. Matt spent a lot of time explaining all options available and we chose the alarm with full HD cctv. Matt carried out the installation a week later with great respect to our home and fittings. Work was completed inside of a day, after which Matt cleared up the minimal mess made through drilling etc and although quite late in the afternoon, spent a lot of time fully explaining how to operate the alarm and Cctv. A first class product and installation by Matt and is highly recommended.

We have no issues with giving a reference to Matt at My Alarm. One of our big concerns when originally having a system installed was whether we could rely on someone to come out maintain the equipment. They arrived on-time, as agreed and was super helpful. Identified a battery that could have lost charge in a few mnths so replaced it for us. Was very thorough and checked all sensors, bell box alarm and did a full system test. Couldn't be happier and booked again for next year!

I can’t recommend Matt highly enough. It took longer to do job (faulty product from Argos and my phone to blame) but Matt still charged agreed price. He spent time not only explaining the bell but also advised on other non related security issues I asked him about. He was nothing but polite and helpful even ordering a replacement chime from Argos and returning once in stock 2 days after to complete the job (no extra charge even though that was not his fault). I have already recommended Matt to family, friends and neighbours and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks Matt.

Matt offered practical advice both on our existing inherited system and a new Alarm without being at all pushy for business. We opted for new more tailored system given a rear extension and could include new pet sensors and vibration sensors. All fitted within a day and Matt is extremely tidy. Where the new external Alarm box didn't cover entirely where the old box had been Matt even filled in the render and painted around this. Very happy with system, love the remote activation via the key fobs and the functionality of the mobile app to arm/un-arm the system and receive updates anywhere.

True story, the wheel in my van fell off the other day, literally fell off while I was driving... I ended up waiting 34 hours to be recovered because I wasn’t covered properly. I sorted out break down cover the next day (Little good it did me at the time, though!). I decided rather than wait till I was burgled, I’d ask Matt to sort my home security. I don’t want to wait till my home is broken in to before I then sort that out, too! My wife and children are far more important than my van! It’s always after the fact or post issue that I get things sorted, but this is too important. Matt was round quickly and scoped everything out. Wasn’t a massive quote at all, was really pleased with it, and all getting done very soon. Couldn’t be happier.
