Called Matt on the off chance as saw his advert didn't cover my area, but he agreed to visit when next in the area which was in a couple of days. He saw what the problem was, fixed it and gave me advice for future. Would definitely use him again, an all round good guy

Alarm constantly beeping in hall and needed it to be disconnected from the mains. Phoned Matt Thursday morning and he said he would call that evening. Arrived at about 6pm, looked at the mains box in garage, disconnected power and job done. Firstly I was delighted he was able to call at short notice and fix my problem but also it was a delight to meet somebody who is good at what they do and does not try and rip you off when the job is done. A great big thank you to Matt and would thoroughly recommend him.

We had a old alarm removed and a new wireless alarm installed by Matt and he explained everything to us and helped us set it up via the app so we could view it on our phone ,I can honestly say his service is superb and we would highly recommend Matt's company to anyone, and all at a very reasonable price, thank you we are so pleased with our new alarm .

Our experience with MyAlarm Security was entirely positive. Matt was able to come round the day after we phoned, explained everything very clearly and even brought a demonstration pack so we could see the equipment. He gave an on the spot quote which was significantly lower than another local company and was able to fit the security system the following week. Very happy with our new alarm installation today. Matt gave a helpful explanation of the options, installation was very neat and accommodating to our needs. Good system and good value, considering it is a professionally installed alarm rather than a DIY kit and not got silly ongoing monthly costs. Would definitely recommend.
